DUHANEY Park Red Sharks are the only unbeaten team in the Jamaican RLATG National Division Two competition.
This follows their 21-6 defeat of Kingston Central Hounds. It was close at halftime with the Red Sharks ahead 8-6 but the defending champions pulled away after the break for a comfortable win.
Roy Calvert and Jenson Morris each scored a pair of tries to lead the Red Sharks to the win.
Elsewhere, the Liguanea Dragons overpowered Caribbean Maritime University Spartans 52-16.
Liguanea were too strong from the opening whistle with their experienced forwards making light work of CMU’s defence in the middle.
The Dragons’ top points-scorer was hooker Adrian Hall, who bagged a hat-trick and kicked four goals for a 20-point haul.
